31. Report of the Advisory Board

31.01 When the hearing has concluded, the Advisory Board shall prepare a report and the report shall be delivered to the Superintendent as soon as possible.

31.02 The report of the Advisory Board shall contain findings of fact based upon the evidence presented, recommendations and written reasons to support the recommendations to the Superintendent.

32. Decision of the Superintendent

32.01 The Superintendent shall consider the report of the Advisory Board and issue a written order, along with written reasons as soon as possible.

33. Corrections and Clarifications

33.01 The Superintendent or the Advisory Board may at any time correct a typographical error, error of calculation, misstatement, ambiguity, technical error or other similar error made in any direction, order, report, or decision, as the case may be.
