Accessibility Standards For Customer Service

The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) is committed to providing accessible quality service to all our clients and customers. The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 (AODA) [New Window] sets out requirements for accessibility. Our Customer Service Policy outlines our commitment to providing quality services in an accessible manner. We will ensure that our employees are trained on accessible customer service.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan was developed to comply with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) [New Window] and sets out how we will remove and prevent barriers to people with disabilities. Our plan is a road map. It provides a framework and direction that supports and strengthens our commitment and efforts. The content in the plan was established in consultation with staff, customers and people with disabilities.

FSCO's Annual Report Card summarizes what FSCO has done as of December 31 of each year to meet and exceed the requirements.

We welcome any comments and suggestions about our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan or the manner in which FSCO provides its services, including whether our services were accessible.
