If you have a complaint about a loan & trust matter and have been unable to resolve a grievance, alternatively you may choose to write to the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and appeal for assistance.
In your letter you will need to include, an outline describing the nature of the problem and include all relevant facts and documentation. Enclose any copies of letters and other correspondence you have received from your loan & trust company which explains their position on your complaint.
When your complaint is received, it will be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner by FSCO's loan & trust department.
