Hydro One has appealed the August 1, 2007 decision of the Financial Services Tribunal to the Divisional Court. The Tribunal decision directed the Superintendent to order a partial wind up of the Hydro One Pension Plan with respect to all management plan members who ceased to be employed by Hydro One from September 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002.
