Charges laid on March 9, 2006 for failure to pay filing fees for filing of the annual information return for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005, failure to file financial statement for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, failure to file annual information return for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and failure to file actuarial valuation report for 2005.  First appearance April 26, 2006.  On May 24, 2006, the Corporation pleaded guilty to failure to file financial statements, and failure to file annual information returns. Fine of $500 for failure to file financial statement for 2004. Total fine of $2500 for charges of failing to file Annual Information Returns. Suspended sentence on convictions for failure to file financial statements for 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Charge of failing to file actuarial valuation report withdrawn.

All charges against Richard Wertheim withdrawn.
