CONSENT
On or about November 9, 2006, the Superintendent of Financial Services caused to be served on Lou & Rose Holdings Inc. a Notice of Proposal dated November 9, 2006, to consent, pursuant to section 78(1) of the PBA, to the payment out of the Retirement Plan for Biltrite Rubber (1969) Limited, Registration Number 401372, to Lou & Rose Holdings Inc. in the amount of $304,879 as of February 28, 2005 plus interest to the actual date of payment.
The applicant has notified us via fax that they would not be requiring a hearing before the Financial Services Tribunal.
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES THEREFORE CONSENTS to the payment out of the Retirement Plan for Biltrite Rubber (1969) Limited, Registration Number 401372, to Lou & Rose Holdings Inc. in the amount of $304,879 as of February 28, 2005 plus interest to the actual date of payment.
