Enclosed is a list containing the 1995 deductible and monetary amounts for automobile insurance. The amounts for the coming new year reflect an indexation rate of 0.2 per cent. This rate is also applied to existing and continuing 1994 benefits that are required to be indexed under the schedule. The rate becomes effective on Jan. 1, 1995. Also listed are the 1994 amounts, for comparison.
Although this list appears in the December 17, 1994 edition of The Ontario Gazette, we are reproducing it here for your convenience.
The gazetting of information relating to non-pecuniary loss and the Family Law Act deductibles to be used during each year after 1994 is required under the Insurance Act. As well, the act requires that the indexation percentage and the revised monetary amounts under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS), be published.
