Summary of Fees - Mortgage Brokerages, Brokers, Agents and Administrators

All Mortgage Brokerages, Administrators, Brokers and Agents need to be licensed with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) in order to conduct mortgage brokering business in Ontario. A fee is payable for each licence and is set by the Minister of Finance and is based on a two-year licence period.
